These grapes, harvested first, ferment at a lower temperature to preserve their fresh and fruity character.

The result is a vibrant wine, with great freshness and fruity expression, friendly and full of life.

A subtle passage through French oak barrels provides just the right amount of complexity, without hiding the authentic flavour of the Cadiz terroir.
