Antidote Red Wine Ribera del Duero 2021

100% Tinto Fino Soriano, with vineyards between 30 and 100 years old, part of them pre-phylloxera. The vineyard is located on sandy soil with pebbles, calcareous sands and clay, at an altitude of 950 meters above sea level. The harvest is manual and the grapes are destemmed, followed by a pre-fermentation of approximately 3 days at 12 ºC. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for about 6 days with a maximum temperature of 25 ºC, and malolactic fermentation takes place in tanks. The wine ages for 12 months in semi-new 600-liter French oak barrels, with a light filtration before bottling.
