White Wine Secrets De Mar Garnatxa Negra 2021 (Clos Galena) 750ml
Clos Galena Mediterranean wines with a fresh and casual style. Secrets de Mar blanc y negre tries to be a whole, an allegory of what is complementary, of the harmony of opposites that occurs in the act of sharing. Wines designed to be enjoyed as a couple.
Elaboration: Old vines over 30 years old. Fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20-25 days at 26-28ºC. A soft pressing is done, although only part of the bled wine is used, the rest is destined for other blends. Subsequent malolactic fermentation of about 30 days in stainless steel. Finally, part of the wine remains in French oak barrels for approximately 4 months.
Aging: 4 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Red wine from DO Terra Alta (Tarragona), with a very intense red-violet color, aroma with notes of red and black fruit and spicy touches. In the mouth it is a very fresh, complex and smooth wine with a long finish.
Pairing: To accompany cheeses, white and red meats, stews or meat stews.
