Cava Nature Vintage White Wine Naveran 6/750ml

This sparkling wine is an exquisite combination of the Macabeu, Xarel lo, Parellada and Chardonnay varieties. Its production begins with the harvesting, pressing and fermentation of each variety separately, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The blending takes place in November, followed by tirage and a second fermentation in the bottle, according to the traditional method, with a minimum period of 12 months of aging. Upon visual examination, a pale and bright yellow color is observed, with a regular release of small bubbles that form a persistent crown on the surface. On the nose, it offers a very pleasant first impression, with fine and light aromas, complemented by notes of aging that evoke fruits, flowers and spices. On the palate, it is full and unctuous, very dry and fresh, with a balanced acidity and an elegant, fruity and long-lasting aftertaste. Its final impression stands out for its good balance, with a pleasant and persistent aftertaste.
