Cava Nature Vintage Naveran Rosé Wine 6/750ml

This sparkling wine is carefully made from Pinot Noir and Parellada grapes, harvested separately and subjected to gentle pressing with a slight maceration, thus avoiding an increase in colour. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature. Once the fermentation of the base wine is complete, it is stabilised and filtered before proceeding to the tirage. A second fermentation in the bottle is then carried out with a minimum of 12 months of ageing. Visually, it is characterised by its very pale pink colour. On the nose, it offers a very pleasant aroma with primary notes of red fruits. On the palate, it is light, with very well-integrated bubbles, offering a pleasant and long-lasting experience. Its versatility makes it a perfect accompaniment as an aperitif, although it also adapts well to different types of food.
