Extra virgin olive oil, a tribute to the Fifth Generation of the Pons Family. An oil produced between September and October, exclusively from early-harvested Arbequina olives from our L'Albagés estate, at an altitude of 500 metres. It is an extra virgin olive oil made from green olives, characterised by its fruitiness and liveliness. An oil with a spicy finish, cold-milled in the Pons family mill on the estate itself. Its power is ideal for enjoying it raw on toast and bread with tomato.
Applications: Use raw to finish pasta, rice and vegetable dishes, for light frying, for Iberian products, fish and seafood and for use raw with bread.
