Le Rosé de Antídoto Pink Wine (Riber del Duero 2020) 750ml

Le Rosé is a rosé wine carefully conceived from the vineyard, specifically in the Carresoto plot, in the village of Miño de San Esteban. Made from native varieties such as Tinto Fino and Albillo Blanco, this rosé comes from old pre-phylloxera vines located at an altitude of 950 meters. The soils of this plot are made up of a 30-50 cm surface layer of sand, with a subsoil of limestone rock, similar to the emblematic terroirs of the great Champagnes, Burgundies and the Loire Valley.

The pressing process is carried out in the Champagne style in the new winery, collecting only the free-run juice to make Le Rosé. The wine is fermented and aged in new 600-litre barrels.

Since its first vintage in 2013, Le Rosé has been conceived to compete in the world elite of rosés. Inspired by the rich tradition of Ribera del Duero and the production of claretes in Soria, Le Rosé modernises this legacy, achieving a rosé that stands out on the international scene.
