Mediterranean wines with a fresh and relaxed style. Secrets de Mar blanc y negre aims to be a whole, an allegory of what is complementary, of the harmony of opposites that occurs in the act of sharing. Wines designed to be enjoyed as a couple.
Production: Old vines, over 30 years old. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 20 days at 16ºC.
Aging: 1 or 2 months aging on lees.
Tasting Notes: White wine from the DO Terra Alta (Tarragona). Straw yellow in colour, clean and bright. On the nose, aromas of white fruit, floral notes and citrus in balance. On the palate it is an elegant, smooth and voluminous wine, very sweet and fresh.
Pairing: To accompany pasta, rice, fish, etc.
