A wine that perfectly blends Viognier and Chardonnay grapes, considered a Tierra de Castilla wine since the vines from which it is obtained are located in Valdepeñas, Ciudad Real, with an average age of 21 years, it is a wine from manual harvesting of the bunches early in the morning, in small boxes.
Each variety is vinified separately, undergoing cold maceration to obtain the maximum extraction of aromas and other properties of each grape variety.

Flavor: In the mouth it shows freshness, it is a cluster of vintage flavours with a lively and natural acidity that gives it volume and longevity.

Smell: The nose is very fruity, with an unmistakable aroma of pear, ripe stone fruit (peach), and white flower.

Pairing: Salads, white meats, seafood, salmon and soft cheeses
Temperature: 8°C
Color: Pale yellow colour, clean and bright, with some greenish reflections typical of its varieties and production.
Cask: 4 months in clay jars on its own lees, with 3 batonnages per week. Approximately 10% is aged and fermented in barrels.
