Olive oil made with late-harvest Arbequina olives and macerated and infused with Black Truffle. Presented in a boutique format, it is a very aromatic oil, extremely fragrant with an intense flavour that makes it a diamond in haute cuisine. Currently, the Catalan Pyrenees have become a great producer of black truffles that, when fused with the excellence of our Arbequina oil, provide intense sensations, adding excellence to risottos, pasta, meats and eggs.
