Full of vibrant fruit flavor, harvested at its peak ripeness for a rich, elegant taste with hints of honeysuckle and vanilla.
Ingredients: native uncultivated peach, peaches macerated in brandy (4 - 5 weeks), Brandy from the Cognac region.
Whole peaches are macerated in eau-de-vie for 4-5 weeks. This resting period allows for a perfect balance of aroma and flavor. When the Master Blender determines that the liquid has reached its peak peachiness, 2-year-old Brandy from the Cognac region is added to our eau-de-vie before filtering and bottling.
